Humble Beginnings
Turner Brooks was founded in 1933 as a small flooring company based in Detroit, MI. Through the many years of dependable hard work and honest communication, the company formed strong relationships with local clients and customers within the community and quickly grew into the well-respected interior contractor it has come to be known as today.

2018 Best in INTEX Award – Little Caesars Arena

In 2018, Turner Brooks received the Best in INTEX Award from Architectural Contractors Trade Association for its Joint Venture work with Ponitac Ceiling & Partition on Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, MI. The project combined the expertise and knowledge of two major companies to produce award winning results and a successful completion of September 2017.

Completed in 2003, Turner Brooks furnished and installed the metal studs, drywall, acoustical and specialty ceilings within the new $36 Million development. Working closely with the construction manager, George W. Auch Company, Turner Brooks was able to successfully execute a dynamic design that tested the company’s technical expertise.
Turner Brooks, Inc. was awarded the INTEX Achievement award in 2003 for their excellent work and craftsmanship on the Southfield Municipal Library.
