The Cheesecake Factory in 12 Oaks Mall was designed with multiple layers of radius walls and soffits that created separation through the different spaces. This project had a very high finish levels with a lot of restaurant fixtures and devices integrated into the finishes producing an extra level of complexity. In addition to the tight deadline, Turner Brooks had to make sure to communicate and work effectively and efficiently next to numerous other trades people working in tight spaces.
